Clients Share Their Stories

Locating a physical therapist that meets your needs can be a challenge  Meghan met and exceeded all my expectations.  She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional.  Your goal is her goal. In fact, I didn’t just meet my previous level of activity I surpassed it.  With a tear in my MCL coupled with an old meniscus injury in my knee, Meghan worked with me to gain strength and mobility in the surrounding muscles.  She is conservative when need be, but pushes when you are ready. I actually look forward to my sessions and feel like I get a great workout in! I can’t recommend her practice more highly.

- Jen L, Washington, DC

After a series of falls over the past few years, my doctor recommended physical therapy.  I was lucky to find Meghan because she helped me identify weaknesses that led to my falls.  Throughout our sessions, she gave me helpful ideas to make my home environment safer and prescribed exercises to help strengthen my legs. Now I feel more stable when I walk, and am also able to walk up the stairs to my 8th floor apartment without stopping!  I can’t say enough about Meghan. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she is also caring and empathetic.
